Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore pole dancing and other aerial fitness options at your own pace. 
Aerial fitness consists of several disciplines that take you into the air and upside down. Some of the most common are pole, Lyra (hoop), and silks. Aerial fitness enhances strength, endurance, and flexibility but also encourages artistic expression through movement.
We are dedicated to promoting body positivity, self-expression, and the joy of movement. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels to experience the many benefits of aerial fitness.
