Payment policy
For parties and custom events, a NONREFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR DATE. THE REMAINing balance is due 48 hours before THE EVENT.
for all lessons, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
cancellation policy
PRIVATE LESSONS:
PRIVATE lessons can be rescheduled ONCE at no extra cost if we are advised with at least 24 hours’ notice before THE SESSION.
If you cancel a PRIVATE lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice, and you do not wish to reschedule, you will be charged a cancellation fee ($20 FOR AN IN-PERSON LESSON AND $10 FOR A VIRTUAL LESSON) but can receive a refund on the balance.
pRIVATE LESSSONS WHICH ARE RESCHEDULED MORE THAN ONCE, WILL BE CHARGED A RESCHEDULING FEE ($20 FOR AN IN-PERSON LESSON AND $10 FOR A VIRTUAL LESSON), IN ADDITION TO THE LESSON FEE.
Private lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of the full fees.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Age policy
All pole party participants must be 18 or over.
We will gladly provide lessons and age appropriate custom events for those 13 and over but require signed parental consent for each participant.
